Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation: customs forms, bills of lading, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve shipping delays and customs clearance issues
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
