Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules using TMS/WMS platforms
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve transit delays
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on freight negotiations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
