Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams
- Implement and improve shipping procedures
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with LTL/FTL and international shipping
