Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS systems
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize shipping routes
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal teams
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle Transportation Management)
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
