Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize transit times and costs
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and collaborate with carriers for issue resolution
- Inventory management and warehouse coordination for outbound shipments
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client delivery requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
