Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with clients/carriers proactively
- Prepare customs paperwork and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align shipping schedules with customer needs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
