Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation: customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address carrier issues promptly
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse logistics coordination
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
