Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Manage inventory control and warehouse logistics to optimize order fulfillment
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Prepare and process customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
