Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations, including order processing, documentation, and carrier scheduling
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation for shipping materials
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
