Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain real-time tracking of shipments and proactively resolve transit issues
- Liaise with customs brokers, warehouses, and international partners for compliance
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements
- Manage inventory reconciliation and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer delivery expectations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with international exposure
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
