Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays proactively
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight coordination or supply chain role
- Proficient in TMS systems and logistics software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Logistics/Business or equivalent experience
- OSHA Hazmat certification (preferred)
