Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse coordination
- Collaborate with sales and production teams on order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle a plus)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
