Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to ensure stock accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Utilize TMS/WMS systems to monitor shipments and generate reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with carriers and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
