Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and carrier requirements
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization for efficient order fulfillment
- Track and trace shipments in real-time, proactively resolving delays and exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to synchronize delivery schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding shipment status and delivery inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and TMS platforms
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for warehouse inspections
