Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple carriers and transport modes
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Resolve shipment delays and track freight in real-time using logistics software
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Act as primary contact for carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
