Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules and dock efficiency
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate monthly performance reports
- Build strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements for shipping operations
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
