Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation compliance
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers to reduce transportation costs
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation and packing standards
- Generate performance reports on shipping KPIs including on-time delivery rates and cost efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates preferred)
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping documentation
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CILT) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally for warehouse audits
