Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and ground transport modes
- Maintain accurate documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and tracking logs
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Generate shipment reports and analyze logistics KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with international experience
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Descartes, Blue Yonder) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
