- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier relationships
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Act as primary contact for carrier negotiations and rate management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping or logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
