Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipment delays and discrepancies through strategic problem-solving
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for integrated logistics support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and carrier contracts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CILT) highly desirable
