Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive carrier communication
- Optimize routing to reduce transit times and transportation costs
- Implement and maintain shipping tracking systems for real-time visibility
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet delivery SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Transportation)
- OSHA/FMC certification or equivalent industry knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional problem-solving under time-sensitive conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier negotiations and rate management
