We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our Las Vegas team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are shipped accurately, on time, and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end shipping process, including scheduling pickups and coordinating with freight carriers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments in real-time to ensure timely delivery and report any delays immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to address shipping inquiries and resolve issues.
- Optimize shipping routes and carrier relationships to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
