Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Process customs documentation and compliance paperwork for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Negotiate rates with freight carriers and manage carrier relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
