Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS and ERP systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement sustainability initiatives in shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with customs brokerage documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
