Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage inventory control and warehouse logistics for 50+ daily shipments
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer delivery requirements
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation and freight management
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping regulations and carrier networks
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
