Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, documentation, and carrier scheduling
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays with real-time solutions
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate with carriers to reduce costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare and review customs documentation for international shipments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or similar certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation expertise
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
