Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and customs clearance
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stockouts
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient packing and loading procedures
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes for cost efficiency
- Implement and maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CSCP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
