Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and Microsoft Office
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or equivalent trade compliance certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize routing and carrier selection
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex logistics scenarios
- Excellent communication skills for client and carrier relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
