Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance including customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and transportation documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
