Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS systems and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates to reduce costs
- Act as primary contact for shipping inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for integrated operations
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
