Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems, providing proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays through effective communication with carriers, clients, and warehouse teams
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining service level agreements
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer delivery requirements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Knowledge of customs documentation and Incoterms 2020
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
