Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Optimize routing and carrier relationships to reduce costs
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams
- Maintain compliance with DOT and IATA regulations
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- FMCSA Hazmat certification preferred
