Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Prepare and process customs documentation (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to clients
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate shipping databases and compliance records
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in customs regulations (ACE, ACE eManifest)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping terminology
- Advanced Excel skills and WMS/TMS software experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
