Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices)
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Analyze logistics KPIs and optimize shipping routes
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
