Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation: BOLs, customs forms, and compliance records
- Optimize routing to minimize transit times and costs
- Resolve shipping disruptions and maintain client communication
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for integrated logistics
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficient in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA/HAZMAT certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
