Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments across multiple carriers and international routes
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation compliance (customs, bills of lading)
- Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking systems and provide status updates
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Generate shipping reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
