Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation compliance including customs forms, bills of lading, and certificates
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide proactive client updates
- Negotiate carrier rates and optimize shipping routes for cost efficiency
- Resolve logistics disruptions and maintain 99.5% on-time delivery performance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Prepare monthly shipping cost analysis reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Certified Customs Broker or CSCP designation highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong Excel/Power BI skills for logistics analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
