Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance including customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments in real-time using our TMS platform and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve logistics disruptions and optimize routes to minimize transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records in logistics databases and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience resolving shipment delays
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in documentation and data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
