Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize shipping schedules for domestic and international freight
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, manifests)
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve delivery issues
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners and carriers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
