Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ocean, air, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process customs documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, certificates of origin)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Optimize routing and freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Comply with DOT, TSA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Valid US driver's license
- Spanish language proficiency preferred for bilingual clients
