Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation using WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance standards
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery timelines
- Utilize TMS software for shipment booking and tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export/import documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Certifications in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) highly desirable
