Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and transport modes
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation for customs compliance
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking updates
- Implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Relevant certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) is advantageous
