Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Optimize routing to reduce transit times and costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Excel expertise for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
