Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes to meet delivery timelines
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using WMS software
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit issues
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance forms for international shipments
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation
- Communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS systems and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification preferred
