- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) with 99% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct weekly logistics performance analysis and cost-saving reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers
- Excel/ERP data management expertise
- Cross-functional communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset for shipment disruptions
