Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to guarantee timely order fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive customer communication
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for integrated supply chain solutions
- Generate shipping reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and transportation modes
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
