Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery
- Track shipments in real-time using our TMS platform and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics strategies
- Maintain compliance with domestic/international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI metrics for continuous optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
- Strong knowledge of FOB, Incoterms, and LTL/FTL shipping protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve shipment disruptions
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with carriers, clients, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
