Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes for cost efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
