Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for tech hardware, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules and container utilization
- Maintain compliance with ITAR, FDA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and route efficiencies
- Act as primary liaison between carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Implement and maintain accurate shipping records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle Transportation, Descartes) and customs documentation
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Forklift certification a plus
