- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and packing
- Manage customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier contracts for cost efficiency
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle Transportation, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
